Terms and Conditions of Registration

Everyone is welcome to register to become a member of UOL at no cost by accepting this agreement.  Members have free access to certain UOL data.  Permission to publish any UOL data, however, must be requested from UOL.

 

 UOL reserves the right to revoke a membership for any reason and at any time.

Some UOL members will be PARTICPATING MEMBERS. They will be able to place listings and submit bids in UOL auctions. Non-participating members only have access to view certain information within the UOL system, including auction results (though not the actual auctions as they happen, which will only be private auctions limited to pre-approved participants).

Some PARTICIPATING MEMBERS may be considered SPECIAL CASE by UOL and will be required to expose their actual corporate or individual identity upon placing a listing for an auction.  The status of membership is determined exclusively by UOL and it is final.

Privacy Statement

UOL has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to keeping our members’ information confidential and secure at all times. UOL is operated by employees of New York Nuclear Corporation and thus such employees will have access to UOL information.

Our site’s registration form requires users to give us contact information (such as name, title, e-mail address, phone number and mailing address). We use customer contact information from the registration form to send users information about our company or to notify them of pertinent changes and/or additions to the UOL site.  We do not sell or give information to third parties.

UOL has implemented security measures to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of any information under our control.

All confidential commercial information entered on our site is fully secured by multiple levels of password protection, and UOL internal processes that ensure no unauthorized individual or member will come into contact with any sensitive user information.

 

Listing Procedure

 

1. A participating member ready to purchase or sell material in UraniumOnLine (UOL) should contact UOL by e-mail/phone to place a listing.  The LISTING MEMBER’s identity will not be revealed in UOL at any time.

 

2. UOL will assist the member in designing the proper listing for an auction.  Listing members shall be legally bound to buy or sell the quantities in the listings they have placed with UOL.

 

3. UOL will supply the LISTING MEMBER the most current UOL member list, and the LISTING MEMBER will choose from that list those entities he wishes to have invited to participate in his auction.

 

4. UOL will send an INVITATION TO JOIN AN AUCTION to the members selected by LISTING MEMBER.  UOL will post the listing in the UOL site.  The listing will remain as a preview for seven (7) days.  If any MEMBER wishes to be included in the INVITATION LIST, he must contact UOL immediately to allow UOL to contact the LISTING MEMBER to inquire whether such inclusion is agreeable with the LISTING MEMBER.

 

5. No later than 24 hours before the auction opens, those members invited by UOL to join the auction and wishing to place bids will need to contact UOL to insure they are included in the auction and to declare how many screen names they wish to use for the auction.  An auction invitee who chooses to participate in the auction he was invited to does  not need to place a bid to view the auction in real time.

 

6. At the specified time and date, the auction will open as a PRIVATE AUCTION open only to the LISTING MEMBER and those invited members who have accepted the invitation to bid.

 

7. The auction will close as determined by the LISTING MEMBER.  It is UOL’s recommendation that auctions last one hour, with an option to end upon 15 minutes of inactivity after the scheduled closing time.

 

8. The LISTING MEMBER will not know the identity of those bidding while the auction takes place.  He will be notified of who the actual winner(s) are after the auction is over.  After the auction ends, the listing member will have 24 hours to notify UOL of his selection of bidders.

 

9. UOL will notify all bidders whether they have won or lost.  UOL will post the final results of the auction (without identifying any of the parties) in the UOL Web site.

 

10. The parties will proceed to conclude formal agreements which, according to the wish of the lisitng member, will have been either pre-approved or will need further negotiation.

 

Pre-Agreed Contractual Terms

 

The following terms and conditions are deemed to be pre-agreed by all listing and bidding members in any UOL auction:

 

All deliveries must be made by book transfer of material previously accepted by the processing facility where the material resides.

 

Payment terms shall be 30 days after book transfer. In those transactions where NYNCO Trading Ltd. (NTL) appears as an intermediary any payments due to NTL shall be made no later than thirty (30) days after book transfer and any payments due by NTL shall be made no later than thirty-five (35) days after book transfer.

 

Other contractual terms and conditions are to be arranged by the parties.  UOL will assist the parties in finalizing their agreements.

 

UOL Fees

 

Fees will always be paid by Sellers (either bidding or listing) at the rate of 1% of the total amount of the sale. Auction fees are due to UraniumOnline.com , Inc. thirty (30) days after notification of winners.
